This policy explains what happens when you submit an assessment or cost-estimator form on this website.

Information we receive

Depending on the form, we may receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred procedure, glasses-prescription range, selected eye conditions and priorities, the calculator’s preliminary recommendation, and its estimated price range.

How we use it

Dr. Mohamed El Naggar Eye Clinic uses this information only to respond to your request, discuss an appropriate clinical assessment, arrange an appointment, and follow up about that request. Calculator answers are not a medical record or a diagnosis.

Where it is processed

Forms are delivered through Netlify Forms and made available to the clinic team. Please do not submit additional medical documents or sensitive information through messaging channels unless the clinic asks you to use an appropriate channel.

Analytics and advertising

On the published website and its pre-release Deploy Previews, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and Microsoft Clarity may process device, browser, interaction, and campaign information to measure site use and appointment enquiries. After a form is accepted, the normalized phone number may be converted in your browser into one-way SHA-256 values and shared with configured advertising platforms for conversion matching; the raw number is not placed in the site’s analytics data layer. These tags are disabled during ordinary local development.

Retention and your choices

We retain a submission only for as long as needed to respond, arrange care, keep necessary clinic records, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete a website submission, or withdraw from follow-up, by calling +20 11 13524230.

Important medical note

The online calculator provides a preliminary treatment recommendation based on the answers selected. A complete eye examination and corneal imaging are required before eligibility, treatment, or final price can be confirmed.
